HS Kwartier.

Urban development in the heart of The Hague

Situated along one of Holland’s busiest rail stations, the 90,000 sqm new build development will include an enticing mix of working, living and leisure concepts. Walking distance to the centre, biking distance to the beach and just minutes away from the train that can take you to Paris or London within three hours, HSK is the most dynamic project to take place in The Hague for years.

Hembrug Terrein.

Large-scale urban regeneration a ferry ride from Amsterdam’s central station

Hembrug is one of the most interesting regeneration areas not only in the Netherlands but in Europe. On this former ammunition factory still full of historic industrial buildings, LIFE Europe will create a new urban city across 180,000 sqm, nestled between forest and waterfront, as an attractive area to live, work, learn & play.

Kop Boulevard.

A serious residential impulse for Enschede

Near the German border, Enschede is a regional hub with a thriving student life. A magnet for young talent deserves a laboratory of entrepreneurial creativity. With Connect U, LIFE Europe is transforming a former hospital into a thriving center of office space and co-living. Kop Boulevard will be a new large-scale residential area in the city center.

Our Senior Living Concepts

Hamlet Living.

Hamlet is a contemporary senior living concept. We believe seniors today want homes that provide harmony, security and inspiration. With Hamlet, we are building a brand that contributes to senior living and introduces a new perspective in how people can embrace life at their later life stages. 

We believe the journey from independent to care living should be easy and seamless. A good relationship with the resident and their family, often their caretakers, is essential. We intend to create a living environment that addresses the mental and medical challenges by creating a positive and social living environment for seniors where their most urgent needs are supported by our local support team, bringing relief to the caretakers and medical specialists. This is our promise and contribution to society!

A Hamlet project offers a wide variety of mixed-use residences designed to facilitate independence. From owned homes and rental apartments to assisted living and full care. Signature features of the Hamlet Living brand include a large greenhouse, multifunctional areas such as a social kitchen and Activity lounge, all with a focus on providing livelihood, comfort and health to the residents.

Well located suburban office area to be transformed into a new 100,000 sqm urban neighbourhood the doorstep of Amsterdam

Amsterdam’s metro stop areas outside the ringroad have become popular for urban residents looking for living space just a few minutes away from Amsterdam’s historic city center. With Entrada, LIFE Europe is creating an accessible and integrated residential neighbourhood precisely for this group of people. As we define a strategy for this area, we see potential for multiple concepts, including Urban Living.

Work Play Project

HS Kwartier Work Play.

Repositioning an office building into the breathing heart of a new area

Situated within the Holland Spoor Kwartier (HSK) is The Globe, a dated 25,000 sqm building that LIFE Europe will re-position into flex and tech offices with leisure space to provide a cool working experience at affordable rent levels. As part of the area transition, this asset will be rebranded and used for placemaking.
